I don't know who needs to hear this right now, especially with how things are going out in the real world but I thought I'd give a some words of comfort if possible regardless of your situation.
Things may suck right now, hell, they may get worse. But I just want to tell you personally that it will be okay. No matter what kind of shit storm is just over the horizon, the best that I, or you, or anyone can do right now in the moment is to keep your head up. Thinking too much on things going on will only drive yourself into this awful deep pit of emotions that may consist of anger, confusion, fear, sadness, sorrow, etc. I know that feeling all too well by now, but letting yourself go mad over it does not and will not solve any problems. Trust me.
If you feel down or anxiety-filled, please please go to someone you trust and talk about whatever it is that's stressing you. You do not have to hold yourself together all on your own. I promise there are people who care and are more than willing to help.
(I'm partly saying this for my own peace of mind but also because I know others might be feeling down too and I don't want anyone to feel alone right now.)
